I bought this game a few years ago and when I get back into it and try to put my name in it completely takes me out please help me know what to do

I paid full price for this game in 2014. Have played it over the years since. Recently I replayed it but is now asking me to pay full price again.

Won’t open
I have the game on my kindle so I decided to add it on my iPad. It locks when I type in my name. I got the whole series, and it was the same for all of them. Huge disappointment.

Love this series of games. The company has been fixing them up and re releasing them and now I can play them on my iPad Pro!

I thought the game was cute, so I bought the full version. It won't open no matter what I try..bummer.

Played the demo levels and was happy with the game, but now I have paid for it the game won't even open!!! I want a refund!!!!
