Hard to See Chord Letters

The white letters on the chord scale are very hard to read. They used to be black. Still a useful app for me.

Have used this app sparingly for some time. I recently started using a low g ukulele tuning and upgraded to tune. Easy to do in app, should have checked to see last update was 3yrs. After upgrade the “dial” has no notes anymore which let you tune accurately. Especially when putting on new strings, now no indicator of what note in scale you are on.

Not sure why theres bad ratings, I love it

I’ve been using this app for as long as i remember. its a great app, esp if you’re starting out and dont know a lot. the tuner is very simple and i even invested in paying the small price for all the different tunings of ukulele. i forget how much it was but its not bad its truly an investment. i hope they keep this app on here forever its my go-to tuner app :)

Unusable

Crashes every time I try to access the microphone.

The developer has contacted me and assured me he is working on a fix for the iOS 13.x.x issue with the microphone.

I can’t ask for more than that. As soon as it is fixed I’ll make it 5 stars!

my sincere apologies for the crash when tapping the microphone button. It’s a known issue - since iOS 13, my legacy sound processing engines does no longer work, and the app crashes. In the meantime, I’ve bee looking for a new framework in order to make my app work again. Fortunately, I did find one today! Please be patient, it will take 1-2 weeks until I get published a new release of my app. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Favorite Tuner App

This is my go-to. I’ve tried a ton of different ty era and none of them have the right sound. This one is perfect, it’s really underrated

Inconsistent

Worst app ever. It says it’s in tune and when I go back to double check it says it’s not!

Don’t even bother

I couldn’t even get on to use it unless I pay eight bucks a month for a subscription fee.

There is no subscription fee: the basic tuner for default uke is for free, but you can upgrade in order to get more types of uke and frequency analysis.

Ignoring A string

Worked for less then a day then started completely ignoring the A string. Find a better app.

I can not figure out how to use it. If you do you know how please tell me. It sort of works but you have to pay for everything.Terrible.

Amazing

This app does a really well job at picking up the sound in order to tune your ukulele well. This app worked very well for me. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect for what I need

My 11 yr old just got a uke and this tuner is simple, easy to use, and intuitive. Depending on what you need I don't know if this app will work for you, but for a beginner who just needs to tune a uke, this app is perfect.

I'm not always able to play my uke as much as I want with my schedule, but when I do it's usually out of tune. This app is accurate and easy to use 👍

Fantastic App!

Simple Uke is great! It tunes my ukulele easily and quickly. I've tried other apps but I just couldn't figure them out. It takes me less than a minute to tune it. If you want a simple app to tune your ukulele, this is the one.
