When you launch the chroma key screen, a pop-up explains that you can return to the menu by tapping the screen with three fingers. You can tell the pop-up not to appear again, and you can bring it back later (for example, if someone new is using the app) by returning to the Menu, tapping Settings, and toggling the "Skip instructions before the chroma key" option.
