Pretty dodgy
Not sure if it’s the app or the battery, but it always says the battery temperature is 32 degrees F. Not sure what the point of this app is.
Terrible App
Just got a battery as a Christmas gift and I can’t even get past the “name your battery” step on the app. It just keeps crashing.

The battery I received today dose not work. Will not charge. Chrome battery support told me to bring it to an auto parts store and have them look at it.
I did that while my friend went out riding without me. The app will not detect the battery at all. The battery won’t charge. This battery was a huge mistake to buy!
