Best app for people with chronic conditions
Honestly i can’t rate this app enough. This was recommend by my mums doctor in other to help keep track of her symptoms and medications, and not only has this made things a lot more easier for her but also met people on the app with similar diagnosis who has helped with tips on how to manage her condition better and also gave her a sense of community
