A bad fact about the app
It’s a bothering app only some times shows few options for zone A,B and C but most of the time I just need 1 road ticket for all zones but it shows monthly only as option and nothing else!!!!:((((((

Key feature not available for iphone users
I downloaded this on my iphone and then discovered that the key feature that makes this kind of app useful to visitors to Montreal - being able to pay a fare without having an opus card - is only available on android phones. How is it possible the developers of this app were allowed to design a feature that isn't available to iphone users?

Can’t pay by card on the bus, regular Opus fares don’t work, only option is to buy a physical ticket at a booth inside airport or download this wretched app that wouldn’t let me add a method of payment, which would be pointless anyway as there are no fares titled “airport transfer” or whatever… why so complicated for such simple task? The recharge immediately fails
« Read card » immediately leads to failure and retry button immediately routes back to retry. Impossible to read card. Uninstall reinstall doesn’t work.

Une bannière dérangeante
La bannière verte qui affiche "Ouvertures tardives pour travaux toutes les fins de semaine ...." au bas de toutes les pages de l'app devrait s'effacer après une seconde. Sur mon iPhone, dans la page "Autobus", elle cache la ligne "Société de transport de Montréal" et m'empêche ainsi d'afficher l'horaire des bus de la STM!! Pas pratique quand c'est justement l'horaire qu'il nous faut!

Ridicule
Pas moyen de voir l'horaire en temps réel. Ils nous disent de pas vérifier sur google map et d'utiliser cet application au lieu, au contraire, vous êtes mieux sur google map. Si votre autobus est en retard, pu moyen de voir votre trajet avec les heures exact, ils vous montrent le trajet d'après. Inutile et mal adapté comme application, comme un peu tout ce qu'on a de limite technologique au Québec.

Bug double chargé
L’application m’a chargé 2x sur ma passe du mois. J’ai envoyé 2 plaintes sur le site et me voila 2 semaines sans réponse et sans remboursement

Non seulement l’application est très longues, mais en plus dans la partie vélo il n’y a pas l’option pour les bixis.
C’est très pratique pour recharger la carte opus mais c’est à peu près tout 😔

The app is ok but the Montreal public transport system is terrible
Bus 63 never on time, bus 124 skip often with no reason (next one will be 30 mins later), the first bus 460 was full of passengers but still waiting and the second 460 departed with one passenger…
Reloading fares issue
Avoid this app to reload fares. Been using it since March 2026 and to date always have an issue reloading fares on the opus card causing inconvenience

Franchement une application québécoise qui ne gère pas les accents dans les noms de favoris… en 2026!!
Inaccurate and unreliable
Notifications don’t work, no communication as to issues, delays, etc… line was down for 2 hours yesterday and app said nothing at all. Cannot remove REM for route planning so I couldn’t find an alternate route because the app thinks that not only do I WANT the REM but that all is well and everything is running…Schedules are not accurate. App says one thing screens on REM stations say another.
