Dealership experience
I drove 120+ miles to this dealership to buy the van I wanted My salesman was Mike Novacich. He was awesome. The van was ready, clean, battery fully charged and full tank of gas. I feel my deal was great. I fully recommend this dealership and I’m sure all their salespeople are good but if you can, ask for Mike, he’ll treat you right.

Loving my 2021 Crystler 300
This car really turns head especially win it comes out the car wash, it looks like black glass, with the red leather interior OMG. And the performance is amazing when I step on the gas it takes off like the GOD of speed .
I love this this car.
But I live in NYC and it’s hard to keep it clean can you think of away to get rid of the pigeons lol.

Disappointing
After purchasing a Chrysler 200 I downloaded this app to check on the service record history, vehicle specific features, etc. well I couldn’t see any records until proving ownership of the car.
After submitting a picture of a support agent told me to allow 24-48 hours for the app to update. Seeing as how that was a month ago and no change in what I’m able to view I would assume that it’s safe to say nothing was done.
I’ve tried to reach out several times to get this issue resolved, not a single response. I’m deleting this app because it’s a waste of time. Horrible experience, because of that I will never buy another Chrysler moving forward.

Great 4 door Sadan
This is my 6th Chrysler 300. I think it is one of the finest riding, looking and affordable car for the money. Practically maintenance free.
Awesome minivan
This minivan has everything that I need! It has served as a moving van, a taxi for children, and a napping room to quiet fussy little ones! Our grandchildren cry if they cannot ride in the Pacifica. We all love it! I would extremely recommend this car to anyone who carries a lot of belongings or has children riding with them!

Fine app, BUT: What’s the difference between using MyChrysler and the Mopar Companion apps? They look identical!
Practical choice
I've had every incarnation of Chyrsler minivans and am in awe at the good changes they've made over the years. The ride, comfort and practicality are spot-on. Having that awesome flip ’n fold seating makes this a good people mover, and lots of them, as well as a spacious hauler. The fuel mileage blows away the less roomy SUV’s and pick-up trucks that are all the rage these days and another hidden bonus, police don't seem to notice if I happen to be faster than legal. The only thing my Pacifica lacks is AWD or 4WD but that was then. My Jeep GC’s between this van and the others sort of spoiled me for 4WD but the thinkers at Chrysler now have that covered.
All-in-all this first year Pacifica has been painless as far as troubles. So trouble-free in fact I might have to dig for some cash to upgrade to the latest and greatest Pacifica.

It worked well sometimes on my android. I can’t log in at all on IPhone. Can you please fix log in problems

Can’t save a maintenance record. The android app won’t even load. Thought the apple one would be better. WTH?

This app doesn’t sync with the information that’s online. I tried calling Chrysler and they couldn’t help. Useless app.
