Holidays Inaccurate

The whole point of this is to check when delays will be. Online sources are mixed, but one reputable source said no Labor Day pickup, along with the app saying it’s a government holiday, and yet the app still sends notifications that pickup will occur on Labor Day. Useless.

So convenient

This app takes the guesswork out of the question I used to ask my neighbors or I would just watch and see who pulled out what bins and follow their lead. Now no one has to guess.
