Really good app! Please bring it back. I remember i used to color and trace abcs here before. I wanna show this app to my younger siblings but the app will no longer be available for subscription and renewal. But instead of subscription can you please make it free to play so i can show it to my little sister? You guys were my childhood for the past years so and i love watching cussly and chuchu tv storytime. Thanks! Sorry if its too much to ask. But i will miss the app!

I can’t believe that this app literally ended support
This app what part of my childhood… and now after August of 2024, it’s gone, ALL GONE. 🥺 But I think it might be time for ChuChu TV to move on, and we need to accept that. We will never forget ChuChu TV being a part of our lives… thank you for being part of my childhood.

Difficulty restoring Subscription
I subscribed for 1yr on my son’s tablet, at the expiration, I renewed October last year but haven’t used it much this cos my sons’s tablet broke and I’m having problems trying to restore the subscription on my iPad... please how do I restore my subscription on my iPad????

I bought ChuChuTV when my son was 2, he is almost 5 now and he just loves ChuChuTV. He has learned shapes, numbers and the alphabet. He just loves the songs and stories. Even when he is not playing on the app we will sing songs from ChuChuTV together. He las learned from the videos about how important it is to have nice manners, to be kind and how important it is to share. My son adores dinosaurs and we love the fact that ChuChuTV incorporates lots of videos with dinosaurs. I would recommend ChuChuTV to all families with young children. This has been a good learning tool for my son. The only issue I have with ChuChuTV is the language setting. They really need to put the language setting in the grown up section because my son is constantly changing the language because he likes seeing the colors change but then he gets frustrated because he has no idea what they are saying. If ChuChuTV would just put the language setting in the grown up section so kids can not change it, then I would have no complaints about this app. So other then this issue I would recommend ChuChuTV as a great learning app and fun loving music to all young children.

Home -> Videos -> Language Menu -> Edit Language -> Choose your desired video languages (Or) Home -> Parent section -> Manage Videos -> Video Language -> Choose your desired video languages. My kids have been watching these cartoons for years and I just saw your show pushing vaccines on kids. Shame on you! You know kids watch these videos by themselves and you are trying to propagandize our most vulnerable with unproven information. Parents should not have to answer questions about medical procedures when their kids watch cartoons. We will never watch again.

Can not restore purchase. Saying verification failed.
Not so great
The app doesn’t really give a lot of options and it is repetitive. I have tried contacting developers to cancel subscription BUT have not received any response. Also, there’s no options underfed management of sub riot ion to cancel. It only gives you the option to change the type of subscription (monthly, quarterly, annually etc).
So now, I get billed every time even when app is no longer on my kids iPads :-(

No free 7 day trial as advertised
My granddaughter is younger than 4 years of age so I wanted to do the 7 day trial to see if this would work for her. Immediately after downloading I clicked the 7 day trial link and received a message that “your 7 day trial has expired”. I don’t want to buy something that I do t know if it will be age appropriate.
