No reports
I downloaded app but I can only see lab reports on link sent to WhatsApp. Why app is not showing any lab reports?

App messed up
Big name but professionalism lacking. Your app needs attention too. I just hope all our results were accurate. Tests packages need flexibility too and discounts offered on repeat customers. Other functions in app including logging in is an issue.

Worst app by a big name
Chughtai lab is a big name and can’t even hire a professional for their app.
The app shows report is available for download but it won’t download unless all the other test are available to download. Also their login system is bad too . Its not just app. Even online is same. That’s pathetic

Lab staff discourteous, Lab premises doesn’t look neat & clean, no one in the Lab following SOPs except the Phlebotomist.

Issue in Report Reading
Hi, this is good App, however, developers need to focus on report readability as well because report values being displayed are too small for a mobile user to read clearly. There should be an option of zoom in and zoom out.
