Waste of time
I waited for hours for nothing.
Doesn't tell you the ride cost
Why would I request a ride without first knowing how much it will cost?
Not happy and bad driver and bad everything
Call for a cab right here in Brooklyn, they send me a text with information of who picking me up. They charge me $18. No problem. Then I call them again to go back home right here in Brooklyn (didn't leave Brooklyn) and same thing. They text me information of who picking me up. Then the drivers say $28 I was confused. I had $20 on me thinking they're going to charge me $18. I told the driver and he got mad and say it's not possible. So I told him I'm gonna call the base which I did and he got even more mad. He call them too. They put me on hold and talk to the driver and he told them that I had been charge $18 earlier and that it's not that. (I think the guy on the phone say it's okay, the driver got mad and say "listen to me I went to (location)" then the driver passes me the phone and the guy on the phone tell me that it's $25 not $18. $3 least then what the driver told me. Mind you the driver is more mad by now. Then the dude tell me that he previous driver charge me wrong. So I gave him the previous driver information and the dude say they don't know who I was talking about. I explain the text I received from Church Ave Taxi and he said no. Anyway they told me I had to leave something with the driver for me to get the rest of the money. The driver told me I was affecting his night with the biggest and nasty attitude. So I ask my husband who is waiting on me to check if he had and thanks God he had $5. So I give the $25 to the driver and said sorry about it and he didn't say anything and drove off so fast. How they don't know who driving for them or what they are charging? So why send the text message with information if it's not true. I would give them "0" star for everything. Plus his driving who really bad too.
