iOS 16
I enjoyed your app until two weeks ago when an update now requires iOS 16. My iPhone only goes to 15.8. Is their a way I can continue to use your app?
No live sermons
Tapping live sermons does not allow you to watch the sermons. You can only watch archived ones. The older app was way more user friendly….. and worked.
So I just left on the computer and go directly to the church’s web page and bypass the app.

Badges
The badges never disappear even after you read messages. I never know when I have new messages because the badges are always there from older messages that I have already read. They’re definitely needs to be an update to the app to fix this issue.
not intuitive
The app gets the job done, but its lack of intuitive use makes for an unnecessarily difficult learning curve.

Sadly I can’t afford a new iPhone so I can no longer use this new version

Doesn't work on my IPhone 6S anymore...
The App store says it works on this phone. I try to use the App, but it says I need iOS 16.0 or greater. My old 6S can't be upgraded to 16.0, so I need to buy an expensive new phone just to use this App. Not impressed with this, or the App in general.

I’m really thankful for this app because it allows the church to maintains a connection even from home and it has functioned for me really good!
Amazing tool for managing church
Planning Center is such a great company, and I love how responsive their support team is, and how often developers actually listen to user feedback and incorporate in changes, sometimes within weeks or months via YEARS for other types of applications.
Wants attendance too early!
Please stop asking me to take attendance for our small group meeting 15 minutes early, when our attendees usually arrive 20 minutes late!
Needs search feature
Our church has used this app for several years and there are great chat and message board features for posting. PLEASE add the ability to search messages so that ppl don’t have to keep posting the same questions months later due to not being able to search for prior posts/messages with their comments based on keywords. July 2026, that functionality should be standard by now yet we’re still waiting. 🙏🙏 Please add to DEV list. 🙏

Recent update introduced bugs
It was working just fine and now it won’t load and messages won’t load either. If I try to close the messages it freezes, but if I go to close the app repeatedly, the third time I go through the sequence it usually works. Please fix
App unresponsive
When viewing group members, and ordering members by last name, all links on page are unresponsive, on iPad Air 5th gen, iPadOS 26.5

No more updates for iOS 15. Apple JUST released iOS 15.8.8 and iPadOS 15.8.8 a few weeks ago. Guess I’ll be staying on the old version. 😬
Messages Don’t Get Marked As Read
This could be a great app, but honestly it has some really frustrating quirks. The main frustration is that when I read chats for groups that I am in, the chats still show that the messages are unread. In order to clear them I have clicked the messages icon at the top and then click “mark all as read”. That feels really clunky and inefficient because then I’m not sure if I have actually caught up on chat messages.

bug for church center app
the app is great, but i have a problem. whenever i open the app it will not load and just says ‘no internet found’ even though i am connected both to wifi and have good signal

I am on staff at a large church in Arizona. We use this app to communicate with all of our volunteers (we call them different makers) - and for so many other things.
Recently, I found a small bug in the app. I contacted support and got a reply in just a few hours. They reproduced the problem, and fixed it in their next update.
I love this app for all the features. I love it even more for the great support from the development team behind it.

Payment Failed
Luckily it was only $10, and not $300. But I tried paying with Pay, it loaded for almost a minute, I used my Apple Cash card, I get a notification of ten dollars made to my Church, yet Church Center and the Apple Pay UI said Payment Failed. But I look at my card balance and it took $10. Yet Church Center app still believes it to be unpaid. Also, side note, the UI could use a refresh, maybe with Liquid Glass in SwiftUI, consider a tool like Claude Code to try and help supercharge development.
