Great app. However
Since the last update it is not adding up all attendance from zoom & children into the reported. It is only showing the in person only. This will screw up past reported.
Needs improvement
The app does what I need it to do. The one main issue I have is I can’t enter notes, the app closes when you begin typing. I have checked for updates multiple times and there are none available. This is a feature I would like to be able to use when tracking

Thanks for making this app to help the smaller local church. It’s a great tool to keep up with attendance, etc.
Could be GREAT... but it’s not.
This app is almost everything I need BUT I cannot write in the note section without the app crashing every time I press the space bar. I could really utilize the app for everything I need if that crashing wasn’t an issue.
Extremely Helpful
This app is so helpful not only in tracking those in attendance on Sundays, but also our volunteer team, as well as small groups.
My only main complaint with the app would be that it is constantly crashing.

Needs a Few Improvements
Would love to see this app have a feature where you can see multiple weeks at a time. Also, if you could have a category that rolls all of the head-counts to a campus level it would be extreme helpful.

Glitch at startup
This app is awesome but recently I cannot login. I’m in Mexico and I don’t know if it’s a location issue or just a bug but upon starting the app just closes. Is there a way to go around it?

Love the app, church metrics, and Life Church’s heart for the local church!
3 things that would make it incredible for us:
1) ability to view widgets/dashboard in app. Even if it’s just a uiwebview of the desktop site, I’d love being able to see trends/past weeks/etc from within the app.
2) A little more fine tuning of what roles can see which categories. Keeping contributions private is nice, but I’d like Kids workers to only see kids #s, etc.
3) ability to assign a worker to multiple campuses — that way they could input for 2 out of 4 campuses, but not see 3&4.
Still, it’s an incredible app and you cannot beat free. Looking forward to seeing it grow.

Room for improvement
Not that easy to use, perhaps you could improve on the UX by making it more consistent and having easily identifiable buttons. This app has a lot of potential though

The input screen on the phones works great. However, there are some areas that need improvement on the main web page. It is not user friendly at all.
1. I can not set up different categories for different services. Every service has the same categories whether it is Wednesday night classes or Sunday morning service. I tried just hiding the categories for Sunday on the Wednesday night count but it hid them on the Sunday counts has well. Maybe making it to where it track by the day instead?
2. Trying to set up the widgets is beyond frustrating let me give an example. I want to track Sunday attendance so I marked the parent group for Sunday services we had 70 people total. When I set up the widget it showed 140. This happened cause I set the widget up for the parent group then the program went and added all the subgroups which was 67 adults and 3 nursery.....
3. The week starts on Monday but I want to track sun- sat not mon-sat. Maybe make this an option

Good, but could be Great
I love this app. I love having something to keep records like this electronically without having to use a rolling excel sheet or word doc. A few UI improvements would be a great addition.
-A detailed summary view with both attendance and kids attendance together. (Maybe some charts and graphs for physical aids to present this information to other church leaders when needed.)
-When inputting data via a keyboard “tab” does not transition to the next value box but actually creates a tabbed space as if writing on a doc.
-Being able to add a service date without it being repeated across the board would be great. For special services and what not.

App doesn’t work
I love church metrics but the app doesn’t work on an iPhone 7. I can download it but once I try to input data it crashes and won’t open again unless you delete it and reinstall. Then that entire process happens over and over again. I would be willing to pay a premium to have a solid app to back up what’s available online!

Want To Love It
I want to love this app because I think it would help a ton. Unfortunately every time I open it I get the "Oops, something went wrong..." notification. 😢
It won't allow me to do anything
I like the idea of this app but every time I open it I get an "oops try again" on the screen. I've closed and reopened app every time but it doesn't work
Help me change my rating
I need to be able to add events names myself. For example: Easter attendance, Christmas attendance etc... other than that it's a good app.
