App has stopped working

It has often been a bit glitchy, but for the last few weeks it has closed as soon as I open it. Very frustrating as my subscription is running. An update is needed fast.

Have just cancelled the subscription due to not being able to use this app and the website being months out of date. Total waste.

Crashes

Crashes as soon as i press app. Tried loads of times and have paid my prescription

Hopeless

I purchased a 12 month subscription in March this year. Almost every fortnight since then I have been unable to download the current edition of the newspaper - it just doesn't show in the app.
I have contacted support several times but by the time they reply the edition appears - usually 3-4 dats after publication.
This is not acceptable. I have asked for a refund.

Paid annual sub and cannot download a single copy without paying again, a massive rip off. Beware.
