About

ChurchBody is your church's own app and website in one place. Your church runs it; you just open it. FOR EVERYONE IN THE CHURCH - Announcements that reach your lock screen, not a bulletin you left in the car. - The calendar with RSVPs, directions, and reminders before things start. - Giving that goes straight to your church: one time or every week, two weeks, or month, by card, bank, or Apple Pay on your church's own giving page. ChurchBody takes no cut of the offering. - Groups and serving teams, each with its own chat. - Kids check-in with a pickup code and a message thread to the room. - Sermons from your church's YouTube, Spotify, or podcast, with the passage and the series. - A prayer wall for your church only, with comments and reactions. - A member directory you choose to be listed in. - Contact your church, and find service times and the address without signing in. FOR CHURCH LEADERS - Set up in minutes: name, address, web address, and your congregation is in with a code or QR. - Import people from a spreadsheet, including Planning Center exports. - Send an announcement and it lands on every phone. - Manage events, groups, serving needs, sermons, the directory, and who can do what. - Multi-campus: up to 10 locations, each with its own address and service times. - Your church gets its own website at yourchurch.churchbody.app with the same content, and staff do their work from a computer. - Simple pricing by congregation size, free under 30 people, 30-day money-back guarantee. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERYWHERE Sign in with a 6-digit email code. The same account works in the app and on your church's website. Notifications for what you choose, nothing you did not ask for. BUILT FOR SMALL AND MID-SIZED CHURCHES Everything a church needs, none of the enterprise weight. Report anything that does not belong, block anyone you would rather not hear from, and your church's admins handle it right away. Giving is processed by Stripe on your church's own account. Sermons either link out to where your church already publishes them (YouTube, Spotify, a podcast) or are an MP3 the church uploads, played in the app.

What's New in ChurchBody

1.1.0

October 2, 2026

Free trials, a two-minute setup, and a smoother app. - Every paid plan now starts with 14 days free. The card goes in when you pick the plan, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then with one tap. - Setting up a church is two screens: its name and size, then the plan. Your web address comes with it. - New: Finish setting up your church. A checklist on Home and More shows what is done and opens the place where each remaining step is finished. - Fixed: the button in the sign-in email could show an expired error and the code with it. It now signs you in reliably, and the code keeps working either way. - The app remembers what it already loaded, so tabs and detail screens show up at once instead of a blank screen that fills in. - Home shortcuts switch tabs cleanly. Back and swipe back behave. - Signing in: the code is six boxes, fills itself in from your email, and submits on the sixth digit. - Taps under an open keyboard register the first time. - Paying for an event registration opens Stripe in Safari and brings you back to the event. - Fewer permission prompts: camera (photos only), photo library, and location while the church finder is open. - Fixed: the app sometimes went blank and landed on Home after signing in or switching churches. - Fixed: a slow network could send a member to Find your church. - Fixed: typing an answer on an event registration form lost focus after every letter. - Fixed: registering for an event priced per person failed at the last step.
