Not reliable
I have been using this app for quite some time and have been disappointed over and over again don’t know why I’m still using it. I’ve lost data and it does not save to the iCloud so I can’t retrieve anything that I have typed. It doesn’t have a bold button or a back button to undo an error. It freezes, it closes out in the middle of using it. I think now I will finally look for another church notes app and leave this one alone. The only good thing about this one is it’s free.

Fix the app
I have been using the app for a few years all of sudden save sermon notes are no longer saved. This is very disheartening as I truly value the sermon notes I have and like to go back and reference my notes. If I cannot trust this app to maintain my notes I will have to use another app.
App not working right
I have been using this for years and now the apps just shuts down in the middle of typing. It also deleted all the previous saved notes. What is going on and how can I retrieve it.
Decent App but…
The app states the fonts can be adjusted as I need a larger font. I purchased this app for an I-Phone and so far it will not let me adjust the font size.
Keep being disappointed
I have used this app for years, and keep putting it down and then going back to it. I’m done for good now.

Incorrect Date
I tried to use this app today. Every time I tried to enter and save the date as December 29, 2019, the app would save it as December 29, 2020.
NOTES DISAPPEAR at random
I have been using this app for at least a year with no issues. The last two Sundays at random the app will exit at will, without saving my notes taken since the last save. I lost complete sermon notes which I CANNOT GET BACK. Do not take a chance unless the bugs are fixed
Can't Back-up
I loved the app until my IPad died and I lost "years" of Sermon Notes! You need to enable it to back-up our files! Recently the app repeatedly crashes in the middle of note taking, losing all the notes I’ve taken. I used to love this app and recommend it but now it’s awful and I’m searching for a replacement.

Why does messages keep disappearing?
Disappointed
I have had the app for years and really want to love it, for many reasons, I cannot. The outlining feature keeps disappearing, no outlining available. It was a great feature (when it worked). No backup available. I lost discipleship class notes and don't know how, just gone and no backup. I reached out to Simon apps many time online with no response. I expected more from the app and the company.

No Customer Service
Don't buy this app. Was good at first but they don't keep up with ISO updates and don't address customer service concerns.
Good Concept, but
The concept of this app is good in theory, but - it just dosen't work as described. I played around with it, and finally deleted it. $3.99 for not.

I love this app. It is so user friendly. I take notes of every serman. The only problem I've experienced was when I upgraded to an IPhone 6S Plus the data didn't transfer from my other phone.
Wonderful app but needs backup option
I love this app and use it every Sunday! It has so many great features. One thing it lacks, however, is the option to back up my sermon notes to iCloud or even something like Dropbox. I'm afraid I'll someday delete the app by mistake and lose all my data! Again, besides this lacking feature, ChurchNotes is a great app and I'd recommend it for all users! :)

Great App, But Can Be Better
This is a great app. It's easy to use and has a nice clean look. Yet it could be better. Thus I suggest the following:
1. More Bible Translations
2. iCloud Syncing Across Devices
3. Export to PDF
4. More Font Colors
5. Sermon Title Search Component
Progressively making these changes would make this app a best seller among pastors and church goers alike!

Will not rotate
The older version would operate in landscape mode. The new one will not.
I use a Zagg keyboard on my iPad, so landscape operation is a must. Please correct this, otherwise this app is useless to me.

This is my favorite app!!! I emailed the support team because the formate toolbar was missing after updating/restoring my replacement iPad, they quickly responded to inform me what the issue was, and had the problem resolved the very next day!!!!! Awesome!!! I use this app for all my note taking at Sunday service, private devotion, meetings, you name it!!!

Lost ALL My Folders
After the recent update, I lost ALL my folders. I love the added features and the former features got back but I got more than 50 folders missing!!! How can I gain them back?
