Pretty good
Customer service is professional and quick, never had account issues unlike some in the reviews and withdrawals are 7-10 business days which can be a pain if you need it asap but better than others I hear. Wish the app had more to offer but otherwise a great way to save and invest.

Ur app cannot show my account after I log in to it with passé n message verification
Won’t let me log in
I created and verified an account, which I’m able to log into on web browsers. However, when I try to log into the app, and put in the verification code sent to my phone or email, it tells me “verification error, check username or password”.
Who redesigned this
I loved wealthbar and when you bought it you promised it will be ok. Not only did your marketing strategy involved obnoxious redesign notifications, the actual UX and UI of what was done is abysmal. That's from a UX designer. The typefaces, the placements, the dollar sign at the END of the sum... I can't even.

One of the best, if not thee best apps for RRSP investment, easy-to-use intuitive dashboard & user friendly, simple and straightforward!

This was a very smart decision on my part
The WealthBar Robo-advisor was chosen over all others because of the ETFs they choose and how they choose them -very sound principles. The five different ETF portfolios made it easy to choose, with the advisor’s help, the best mix for me. The advisors actually DO respond to emails in a timely manner and DO answer the question(s) AND will offer better or other suggestions. I love it that I can make an appointment for a telephone meeting for questions and advice. The mobile platform is so easy to use on my iPhone. The web based platform which I use with my MacBook is even better. I can see the progress of my investments easily. I have been a DIY investor for almost 20 years. It’s a weight off my shoulders to let WealthBar do the driving now; I can sit back and just watch.

Good idea but poor execution
Transfers don’t go through when scheduled. The app states that transfers go through within three business days. This is not true. I have been waiting long past three days and am still waiting for transfers to be processed. Customer service reps on chat are completely unhelpful. They are very apologetic have not been able to rectify the problem. If you can’t invest money, what’s the point of having an account? Waste of time and energy.

Room for improvement
The app is easy to use but I think it could improve by having documents such as tax forms and quarterly statements available through the app rather then having to use the web portal to receive them.
Horrible experience, better go with another option
My experience with WealthBar started out great. I contacted them and asked about my eligibility before opening an account. I received a reply saying yes, I could open an account as long as I had a minimum of $25,000. A couple months later, I get contacted by WealthBar saying I’m not eligible for an account and I’ll have to close down my account. This is understandable as I am no longer a Canadian resident. I see my portfolio liquidated with some profits available on my account page for a day. When I receive my funds back, I get my initial investment minus the fees. NONE of my profits were returned to me. I contact the team for an answer and the team stated they had ‘reversed’ my positions despite seeing the trades. When I check again, the trades were removed from my account. Hence, I would caution all potential customers before proceeding with WealthBar.

Great app, but need iPad version
Easy to use, but would love it if the iPad version was setup instead of magnifying the iPhone app! Keep up the good work
Ugly but functional
The functionality is alright, but it’s the ugliest app I have. It has exactly two colors and one of them is off-green. The graph on the opening screen isn’t very helpful either. But as a whole, it works.

I have made a withdraw for a month.it still can not show in my bank account……fake investment apps……cant take money back…
