I was so excited

I was really stoked when I first saw this online. I got on the discord too. But the price is just too high for what this is.
The performance of the app is wrong and I had a lot of games that incorrectly identified and just don’t show up correctly when searched even.

UI is nice but the app has bad slowdown - over 1000 games and even the free mode is stuttering.

Horrible Price

The app itself is beautifully made and has features that not only show off your collection, but shows pricing, reviews, videos, etc. It’s genuinely super cool, although performance enhances and friend support would be nice. THE PRICE IS TERRIBLE. Out of all the things you need to pay for in life, out of all the subscribtions you’ll need in your day-to-day, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I’d rather them have sponsored ads like the ones in the App Store, than having to pay a subscription or an absurd flat fee for a DIGITAL CATALOGUE.

Terrible.

It was incredible at first, but NEVER lock the main feature behind a pay wall. I will NOT pay to simply add games to my collection, I instantly uninstalled.

Thanks for trying Cibby. The free version lets you use every collection feature with up to 10 games. Pro then removes that limit, with monthly, yearly and lifetime options. The wishlist remains free and unlimited, and full export is always available. Cibby is an independent app with a catalog of more than a million assets, along with ongoing licensing, lookup, hosting and development costs. The collection limit is meant as a straightforward way to try the full product while keeping Cibby sustainable enough to support and improve over time. Your games stay in the app if Pro ends. I know the model won’t suit everyone, but I hope this explains the thinking behind it.

Game collectors

I love the current state this is in to scan and provide updates to my collection. It would be good to get a few more features like quantity, CIB or not, partial collected games. But as a start this is stellar. I think it would be awesome to add a full limit with energy to add more entries everyday or pay to have unlimited entries. Just some feedback.
