Logging off
The app has become super inconvenient after the last update. It keeps logging me off after every use - it used to be signed in all the time. Also it doesn’t remember my last coffee shop as it used to so I have to search for it every time I logged in.
App a bit clumsy, but staff were excellent.
Thanks to Marion Cibo staff I was able to be served friendly & efficiently, not making me feel tech limited! Cheers, JA.

Torrensville (Henley Beach Rd) has been showing incorrect opening times so couldn’t order on my way to work, lucky the franchisees & staff are great!!
so last night I have deleted app & re signed in ANNNDDDD Now it isn’t showing as an available store at all…seriously!! 🤯

Missed out on so many points as my app never stays logged in
Can’t add it to my wallet
Takes too long to find a screen shot if I do that

Can’t Log In
Tried my App at the Norwood store today. Forgot password. ‘We’ll send you an email.’
An hour later, still waiting. Ended up asking for a new card to register my purchase.
Would like a call from someone ‘in the know’ as to getting this started again. My previous ‘loyalty points’ seem inaccessible.

Very poor onboarding, registration
It is quite difficult to create a new account/profile. The app doesn’t allow automatic password generation, and keychain generated passwords are incompatible. This is very poor, and will reduce app security.

The problem is that the receipt section is not showing up. It comes up with an error. Would be awesome to bring out a new update and fix this issue.

My app says I have five dollars worth but I have 700 points what is going on
Seems like a rushed built app
You can’t order food until you get to the basket and it offers you upsells. You can’t order things like hot oat milk on the side because there is just no option to. The people in the store had no idea how to communicate it either. There is no free text entry. And to top it off you now can’t log in - my password works on the cibo website but not the app, same issue with my colleagues. Almost not worth bothering giving them business if it wasn’t for the essential monopoly in our building and captive audience.

Carlo is always so friendly, happy and welcoming. Lovely store. Relaxing and accomodating for children too. Nice outdoor area to enjoy the sun even in the winter!! We love our local CIBO
App is constantly not working
Constantly doesn’t work and comes up with a country code error. Logs you out after each order and is clunky and not user friendly. Great concept but app needs work.
App not working in Aus
App has logged me out recently. Can’t log back in - getting an error ‘undefined index: country_code’. Paid $15.00 for coffees this morning and no points!
