What's New in Cicolator

3.0

November 3, 2026

Cicolator 3.0 is rebuilt from the ground up with Apple's newest design, and it's faster to log than ever. • Read nutrition labels offline and on-device: point your camera at a label, or choose a photo, and the calories and serving size fill in. On devices with Apple Intelligence, it double-checks the numbers too. • Barcodes bring back favorites: scan a package once, and next time its barcode brings it right up. • Weigh your favorites: log a favorite in grams or ounces, or count servings. • Save to Apple Health: entries you log, edit, or delete stay in sync with Health. Cicolator never reads your health data. • Cook Again: meals work like recipes. Keep the ingredients and just weigh the new batch. • One place to log: tap + to type it in, scan a label, or estimate a meal, with your favorites and meals right there. • Search: find everything you've saved from the new Search tab, and sort Favorites and Meals by name or recently added. • A swipeable week strip and a daily summary that shows how much you have left at a glance. • Widgets: see what you've eaten and what's left on your Home Screen, with your week and latest entries. Tap to open Today or log something new. • Log from anywhere: add a control to your Lock Screen or Control Center, or use Shortcuts. • Smarter Magic Entry: it now estimates each item on your plate separately, so you can adjust any of them before you log. • Tip Jar: if you'd like to support Cicolator, you can now leave an optional tip! It doesn't unlock anything, and nothing is ever locked behind it. Thanks for using Cicolator!

A kind tip

A small thank-you for Cicolator

User reviews

Absolutely excellent !

I don’t know where you get your database of foods from but it just works every time !. I’ve tried others and calories are wrong. But this one works perfect. There’s the odd barcode it can’t find, but I just enter it manually and add it as a favourite. Well done !!!

Thank you so much

I don’t usually write reviews, I downloaded so many apps and I was sick of them all bloated and majority of the functionality which I didn’t need. I just needed a simple calculator that I can log my calories and what you have done in the functionality you have added, God bless you man thank you so much
