Wasted Points
I have never written a review before but this app is upsetting… i was told by an employee I would still keep my rewards/points if I got this app. They couldn’t help me father than getting the app downloaded… and said his manager didn’t know how to help either… wasted time and money and it’s a dumb system… I have no rewards only the ones I’ve EARNED from playing dumb games NOT from my account and money spent at this place 1/10 booooooooooo 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅

good reward program
love cidercade and the rewards program is great. the app is a little buggy and freezes up frequently when trying to redeem a reward after completing a game - but it appears it still grants the reward even if it freezes up so i guess no harm no foul.
app crashes / freezes up constantly
the app freezes up constantly when trying to open the mystery box after winning a game. love cidercade and appreciate the idea of the app but it seems like more often than not i lose the reward for playing the game because the app crashes. i am on an iphone 15 pro.
Doesn’t work for out of state
I have been a member for Cidercade for 8 years and love it. I entered my out of state phone number and never got an authentication code. I have this issue with other companies that assume out of state customers are automatic scammers. I have had my phone number for 25 years and don’t want to change it.
