Sometimes works, annoying app
The app is very basic and not comparable to online banking apps from larger banks. I could be ok with that if the app worked as it should. However, this is not the case particularly after an iOS update. You can sign in and see your balance but if you try to see your transaction history you get an error to call the bank. I called the bank and they just tell you to restart your phone. This doesn’t fix the problem. It is also very annoying that even after you sign in, you are asked to sign in again to transfer money or pay bills and it won’t let you use Face ID to do so. You you are forced to type your password every time. Why is this necessary? You’ve already signed in! As more people switch to using phones and tablets instead of computers, this app really should be better. Spend a little money Ciera Bank and get something that works or your customers will bank elsewhere.
