We landed and I tried the app ten times with various destinations, passengers, and luggage amount. The app crashed every time.

No Longer Works
This App was fantastic until a couple of months ago. Now when I enter the pickup and drop off and click “Calculate Fare” it just closes the App. Please fix as it was very helpful! I will change my rating to 5 stars if you fix it!

Terrible app. Crashes every time I press the button to see the fare. When I try to give feedback thru the app, it says, “oops. Something went wrong.” Indeed, something went wrong when this app was designed. Very disappointing.

Won’t give rates or allow access to contact information. Crashes as soon as you try and calculate a rate. Used to be a very useful tool. Would be nice to see it working again.

Both when getting a fare or contact form submission to let you know that the app crashes is always crashing with many attempts.
Garbage
The app crashes when you try to find a rate between two locations, and it crashes when you want to leave feedback, so it doesn’t do much of anything. What a waste of funds by our government.

I haven’t been able to get an estimated calculation of a taxi fare yet. The app crashes when I submit the ride details.
