I can’t use to app. My log in won’t work with the mobile app. I must log in through a browser

Can’t log in

All of a sudden after the wonderful update I can’t log into this system on my IPhone. But they sure can take your money out of your bank account with no issue. Now they do an update and it wipes out the system that I’ve been using for over 10 years. Now I have to relearn how to do everything. They just don’t care.
