Delivery pathetic
Pathetic delivery agent they will provide fake remark and you order will be undelivered,if you have already paid ,they block your money for more than 15 days .. you will have to spend 150+ min with customer support (more than 10 calls to customer care )

Don’t know why they want people to put money in their wallet. They hold the money for about 10 days. How are they even doing this when RBI has strict rules. How has nobody reported them? Extremely poor services. Lost money on a cancelled order.

I recommend not to use until and unless you are sure about the product, the return and refund process was bit hectic where we need to follow up either by chat with them or by calling agent and still not get complete refund but partial. I recently opted for refund but one of the product amount was not refunded and no proper response from agent also.

Do not purchase any non-returnable products and do not go by the product image
the product as in image and the product I received are completely different. the description says one fabric and u receive some other fabric product. and when u raise a concern they simply ignore and close it saying it is a non returnable product. Neither they are actively available through customer chat or call or email.

Recently I purchased a sweatshirt from the Cilory, the product quality was great but I didn’t like the colour so I returned back and the service they gave was absolutely fantastic. I would like to thank Priya for being so cooperative with me and to know the reason why I returned the product.

I’ve purchased a top from them and I got some size issue they said they can’t exchange you have to go with return soo I do and then they take more then promise date to process.. then they not refunded my full amount after that I ordered again the same top with extra charges because I got the refund on my wallet and it’s been passed 13 days and I didn’t get my order when I connect to customer care they just say sorry that it’s all about logistics issues what a pathetic service they provided hell app worst experience ever 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered 2 items with extra delivery charges and was waiting patiently… but they are sending me only 1 item saying the item got out of stock… why the hell U ppl show product available when it is not !! And when I said y should I give extra delivery charge only for one item… they gave me lame answer to refuse the product at time of delivery!!! Is this a solution?????

SCAM, Not trustworthy, CHEATER
I received an empty package from Cilory instead of the clothes, but the customer care representative told me that this is not possible as they do quality check before sending the item. First, they cheat and second, they don't accept that someone inside the company running a scam and cheating. When you don’t accept that the customer only received empty packages, you are encouraging your employees to do more scams. So people, please be careful. Don’t use Cilory. Cilory is a scam. Once they cheat you, you won’t get any response from their team despite sending multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. Doesn’t worth the risk.

Never buy products from Cilory
I placed order. Done payment in advance. Received SMS and App update saying item delivered. Had couple of calls with support team. They said they will revert in 48 hours. But neither they reverted, did not returned my amount. I had booked 2 sarees worth Rs 1600. NEVER TRUST CILORY.

Worst app ever
Keeping aside the product, I want to state that the service is totally third class. The product was delivered to me at my home address but it did not fit me. So I wanted to return it. Now the customer care says that it can’t be picked up from my home address as it doesn’t come under the service zone. Now they as asking me to courier the product for which I will be reimbursed up to rs 120, not more than that. I don’t understand how you can deliver at a certain address and not pick up from there. This is a fraud app and I believe all the good ratings are biased and fake. I advise not to ever buy from this app.
