My Favorite video app

Used to be fantastic- until it was broken
This used to be a favorite app.
Then, one day, it stopped allowing videos to be imported.
Hipstamatic makes some cool apps and this was one of them.
But, it appears they’ve abandoned this one because it’s clearly been broken for a long time. What a shame!
Hipstamatic-people: if you’re reading this. Please fix your app. When you fix apps we trust you enough to invest money on your other apps. If you don’t fix what is broken, we lose our trust in your work and then why invest any more money?

App not working...
Ahh... this app was so good, every video I import is 3/4 black
This app is no longer supported
Too many bugs and broken features. It was a great app when it launched but please be aware that wide videos won’t upload/download before you sworn money on filters.
Problem when importing a video as portrait
When ever I try to import a video as portrait is fails to load it and edit it! It’s been a long time since I get this error and nobody of your team has even tried to fix it!?

9 times out of 10 I get ‘unable to load clip’. Worthless!
This app used to be great
Now it can’t even process the videos I record so I can watch/post them. I loved adding my own music, but it is unusable now.

This app no longer is saving videos as it used to
When it used to work properly I would have rated the app easily a 4. It’s a shame the app no longer functions as it used to as it is extremely frustrating to not be able to save and have to ultimately delete videos as a result of an issue with the app basic functions.

What is going on??? Broken for months?
I’m super disappointed. This used to be my favourite app. I used it everyday. But one day you could no longer add video or combine clips due to an error. Well that error has been there for ages and it’s seriously disappointing that no one cares to fix this. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS and I want to use the app the way I always have been able to.
