This update includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:   • The total number of unread messages in the Message Center now displayed as a badge on the app icon. • Document screens now display subfolders within parent folders. • Tenants can register for accounts (if enabled). It also includes the following bug fixes: • Payment screens bugs. • Calendar Events not displaying. • Board Members screens not visible to Board Member users. • Users could not pick a date in 2022 on the Account Info screen. • Various bug fixes.

App is worthless

App doesn’t work at all. Getting the same errors as others, even after deleting and reinstalling.

Something went wrong …

Doesn’t work. Upon logging in, app tries to open dashboard but at the bottom of the screen I see multiple banner error messages saying something went wrong as others have reported. Here’s an idea: TEST YOUR APP BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT!!! iPhone running 26.4. The app version is 2.0.6

Worst App and Website

Our HOA unfortunately transitioned over to CINC for everything and this honestly has to be the worst app and worst website I’ve ever used. It is honestly shocking in 2026 that there are apps and websites this bad. To whoever reads these reviews, for the love of God contact me and I will fix it for you. I’m a UI/UX developer and I’ll do it for free.
