New app is significant downgrade
I just want to use the app to access my tickets. I am constantly logged out of the app when I go to use it. Once I’m in, I have to go to 7 screens to get to my tickets. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve gotten an error trying to load tickets to my wallet, I had to use the website instead. Also, transferring tickets is hard and has to be done by email, as the phone number option doesn’t work.

Horrible
Nothing but problems since they partnered with Ticketmaster. I have to reset my password every time I try to access my tickets. Definitely impacts my decision to renew season tix in the future
Does not open
Will not open. I have an older iPhone SE that has the latest version of iOS.

Title Unable to download
Everything I read says this app is only way to get into UC Bearcat athletic events. It will not download at all!
New version is a downgrade
The new version is slower to load. It also has worse navigation to get to things like schedule information and such. It also wants full access to you you location data and the developer has full rights to sell it and do with it whatever they want.
audio broadcast drops
always like listening to the home team broadcast. this lasts for 3 minutes on the app. close, restart and it begins again. not particularly useful. I have to rate 1 star per apple, I would rate -1. do better or UC find a better partner l. IMG: find a village or some tech people.
Ticket integration is a mess
Logging in to your account to manage ticket account is not smooth and is not integrated well with this app yet the school is forcing digital tickets on everyone saying this app must be used on game day to present tickets for admittance.
Clicking the app links to manage tickets and your account asks you to sign in, again. It then says “Welcome back” the. Asks you to click on manage tickets again which rerouted to the login screen again and the cycle repeats…
From the web page (because app is not usable), three months after purchasing tickets, the order history still shows no purchases whatever. Upcoming events shows nothing what so ever.
Not a lot of confidence in the product that is being pushed on us especially as the season nears. Will this work as intended? When?
