This app has not been working for more than a three months. I have emailed them twice and sent a screenshot of the error. Still is not working. I will not purchase anymore until error is corrected

I saw the very low reviews and still downloaded the app... don’t waste your time. IT.DOES.NOT.WORK
App is not working
This app has not worked for several months. It’s been such a disappointment, since I have been using it for well over a year. I’d love to see the appropriate updates made and the app working again. When it’s working, it’s perfect for when you’re on the go!
Please fix or tell us to delete!!
Just echoing the other reviews! App hasn’t worked in at least a month (probably longer). I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. I even attempted to access the app help on the website and CincySaver website and that page is not available! Please fix or just let us know that it isn’t going to be updated so we all can move on!

Received an email from tech support telling me how to make it work, but unfortunately the suggested steps don’t help. Really liked it when it worked properly.
Tech supports sends another email basically saying , sorry - try the website instead. I suppose that means the app is dead for the foreseeable future.

No way to remove as it is now showing download to the cloud but it has failed.

The app will not work. Been like what for awhile. Looks like I'm not the only one who reported this. When it worked before it was handy. I hope it starts working again then maybe I can change my rating.
