I love Cinderella but please fix this game all I can see is a blank screen

Ok so I LOVE Cinderella 👸🐭👗👠🏰 but litterly once I tried to play the game, all I could see was a blank white screen and I was soooo sad so please do something about this please 🙏.

Bad game

So I got this game for my kid a couple years ago.but they started complaining that the game was boring so I checked it and it was just a white screen.
