It’s a shame
Because iMDb is terrible now, with horrible design and ads everywhere. TMDb is good but needs an app. Cineast is not going to be it. Developer seems clueless.
Great Alternative To IMDb
I’m a Actor and Director of independent film. I use this app to add my credits and film titles as I would on IMDb. So why use this you ask?
Most actors first starting out can’t afford IMDb. Putting your headshot on your profile requires a IMDbPro account. TMDb does not.
This give the new actor a sense of accomplishment and also a way to show friends and family, look I’m doing this!!

Barely functional
Viewing lists takes a long time to refresh. Search results can’t scroll until the search is cancelled. Can’t sort lists in any meaningful way, such as by popularity or release date.
I regret buying this app.
Was able to tp log in only next day after purchase, initially login page was just blank. Removing item from the watch list does not work, e.g. movie is removed, but shown once again when you revisit same page. Tv shows not shown in search results.
Tv shows
I thought this app also had support for tv shows as it uses the api of themoviedb. Please add support otherwise it is useless for me.
