Ticket to wallet broken
The feature to add tickets to the Apple wallet is broken for two months at least please find a quick fix !!!

Horrible and infuriating
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had using an app that should make it easy to spend money. But it seems they don’t want you to be able to reserve tickets or pay for them. What an awful application that is designed to make you give up and go book tickets somewhere else.
Password bug
You cant rest your password the app is bugged and not usable
Bad app
Since you change the app I lost my account, and I cannot access it again. When I want to do tha password I triad multiple times and couldn't make one. I wrote the same as the instruction, but still didn't work. I think you lost a customer

Password recovery process!
The latest update's requirement for dual verification via email and phone number for password recovery is frustrating. Having changed my phone number, I can't access the OTP, leading me to delete the app permanently. This inflexible process needs reconsideration for a better user experience.
Reseting password problem
When i reset password and put the otp cant make submit because the page is small

For some reason they overwrite your existing profile information with that. Also no more usernames so RIP OGs, I dont know why they removed them and made our emails our usernames, maybe they dont know how to change the field name, or consider it an email just like every other service ever. And dont accept the “Asking for Always Access Location” prompt request, for privacy and to save battery, dont give them another ways to target you with advertisement.

DISASTER
It’s embarrassing how awful is the app!! Very dysfunctional and the booking flow is complicated and sometimes when you click back it doesn’t take you to the right page!! And there is no apple pay and when you try to pay with credit card prepare yourself for a HEADACHE!
