Is this app being updated any more?
The app does not take my entries and updates. Nothing seems to work any longer. I used to love this app to track movies & shows and find information. Disappointed it’s not working and there have not been any updates in over 9 months.
Never worked and had to get a new credit card.
The flashing “GET STARTED” button was an ad that hacked my credit card. Even after getting that straightened out I was never able to enter my info.
Its aight
The app was fun to use and nice to record the movies I’ve rated and stuff but it’s pretty buggy. Even then it wasn’t too bad but it started to not let me click on movies to add them to my watchlist. I tried deleting it and redownloading it but when I went back in I couldn’t sign in again and lost all my progress:( so yeah the apps not terrible but there are many better ones that save you the trouble, even if what happened to me doesn’t happen to you, it’s still pretty buggy.

From Android to Apple
This app seems like it's still in Beta compared to the android one. And also it made me pay again to be a member even though I had already signed up for the membership. I still use it but wish it looked and felt smoother.
Could use some updates
The ipad app doesnt seem to be designed for the ipad screen and unable to use it as-is.
The ios app shows me titles in languages other than what’s in settings. And I could really use a Mac app or browser page for entering history. Tremors in the hands make entry via ios app frustrating!

Great app purchase it in iOS and Android

Only one gripe
This a superb app. It does everything abt/movie tracker should do.
My only gripe is that occasionally it will show movie posters in another language. I saw that this was an issue from another user a year ago and it concerns me that it’s not fixed yet. When the poster is clicked to get details it corrects itself, but once you leave the details page it reverts back to the other language. I definitely have English for my locale.
If it helps; Spider-Man: Far From Home is one of the culprits.

Few things to fix, but very good at finding new stuff
I love how the app recommends movies and shows to watch. However the constant small bugs is what annoys me.
1: I bought the paid access so I could unlock all the features, but I still can’t change my profile picture
2: The movie posters are majority in another language. It just doesn’t give the app a clean a slick look
3: The filters should be more expansive. For instance: in my movies I watched list, if I want to sort them by rating, it doesn’t do it by my rating, but the public’s rating of it.
I hope this app is still being worked on because I really do like it and hope it has a clean look as well as great accessability!

Trakt compatible
Update: Developers fixed one of two major issues with the TV Shows portion. Now only the TV shows in the custom lists section has bugs. It won't populate in the custom.lists if it's a TV show. Movies works flawlessly throughout the app. Updated to 4 stars.
This is the only app I've found that includes your custom lists on trakt. There are some bugs with TV shows hence the three stars. Developers are responsive to feedback though and working on it. Once it's fixed, it's a five star app for sure.

Poor performance
Like the app/UI vs Flixster. However, it hangs when I am trying to find movies
The best tracking app I’ve found
I went through dozens of best of movie/tv tracking apps. But with every app I found some sort of issue, some only tracked what you watched not what you wanted to watch. Others didn’t track shows at the episode level. This did it all just as I wanted and I was so excited I updated it all day.
However I found a defect recently, contacted the developer team from the app. Within a day they personally responded! They went back and forth for screenshots and updates!
The best part of this app are the developers who made it 👍

Cool app
I tried a couple different other apps out there. There's some that just ask for stupid permissions. This one doesn't ask for anything intrusive and the system works well. The tv show section is on point, and the recommendations are pretty cool too!

Ads free app
What I love about this app is that it doesnt have ads, except if we want to donate. It has all the information I need as well!
Very easy to use
such a great app, probably my favourite. I use it all the time, so easy to use and has allowed me to discover so many amazing movies and shows that I would have never watched if it weren't for cinetrak and it's users!!

Best app
Love this app. I love being able to rate the movies I've watched and keep track of the movies I've watched and the ones I have to watch. I love being able to categorize them into my own personal lists. If you like movies and lists then this is the app for you.

Works excellent
i love this app. quite handy to manage my physical collection, and watch out for my watched and unwatched movies and tv shows.
