Subscription Issue With No Working Support Contact

Extremely disappointed with the Cinezy app and its customer support. I faced a subscription/payment issue and tried contacting all the official email addresses provided by the app, only to find that none of them were valid or working. It is unacceptable for a paid subscription service to have no proper customer support or functional contact methods.

Users are paying for this service and deserve transparency, accountability, and timely assistance when issues occur. Ignoring customer concerns and providing unreachable support contacts reflects very poorly on the platform’s reliability and professionalism. I strongly urge the team to fix these issues immediately and provide genuine support for subscribers.
