I applied to their company to get a phone through the ACP program, paid for it, ID. Tried to contact the company, without an enrollment ID you can’t get past the automate system. They shouldn’t have taken my money because they ACP program ended Feb. 8th well over a month before I made the purchase. Now they are giving me the run around. Filed a complaint with the FCC . They are saying I didn’t enter the last 4 of my social.

No texting No phone calls No reduced speed internet Even though they are supposed to be unlimited. Avoid Them At Any Cost! Terrible Service And Worthless Airtime!!! 1/2 of the reviews are the lowest rated. Internet Does Not Work. Telephone Calls Are Usually Dropped. IF Texts Send, They Take Many Minutes. Photos Do Not Send After 5 Attempts. 1 year ago I tried to order: A Samsung tablet & A large screen apple iPhone. The tablet was ordered, but the web software would not let me order the iPhone on the same order¡. I tried to order the iPhone with a SIM card immediately thereafter, but AirTalk’s website wouldn’t allow it to be ordered free. It wanted to be paid to order a phone that should have been free on on the first order. I texted the help line but they refused to send a free phone or a free SIM card. Within 2 days, I notified AirTalk that I had used the same model Samsung tablet. It didn’t work inside my home. I ordered instead an Apple iPad that would work inside my home. 30 days later, AirTalk sent the cancelled Samsung Tablet and refused to allow me to return it. The battery lasted 2 hours when received and 6 months later, only 2 minutes! The Samsung Tablet is worthless to me. AirTalk charged the Government $100 and me $10 for a worthless tablet that will not turn on. The Government has paid AirTalk over $1,000 for worthless service and a useless tablet. You Can Buy Everywhere Unlimited Calling Unlimited Texting and Full Unlimited Internet for only $25. Airstream & AirVoice Wireless Are A Big Worthless Government Rip Off.
