Hopeless, cannot get logged in and unable to access digital membership card. For £100+ per year, this should be better.

Lost count of the amount of tries I have attempted to get logged in. Very poor quality which is ironic from an awarding organisation.

This app need a serious update. I’m not able to change any setting. When trying to access the comments the app freezes and I’m not able to read or respond to anything.
