Fix the data glitches
Here to complain. Loss of data entries has been a lot of strain on our relationship. We will be switching apps
Randomly Deletes Data
The app would be great if it were reliable. We used it predominantly to track feeding and diaper changes. However, we often ran into issues where it would randomly delete data you added. Sometimes it would delete immediately or sometimes hours later. It was frustrating but we dealt with it. We kept using it religiously for months but randomly the app deleted ALL of our data that we had tracked for 6 months this week. I would have used a different app if I had known there were so many issues. This is a known issue and if you look at the update history, you’ll see that there haven’t been updates in a year so bug fixes aren’t imminent.

Good app, data gets deleted
The functionality this app offers is great. However, diaper changes and baby feeding will occasionally be deleted by the app. Frustrating, to make it more annoying is reviews have pointed out this bug, but the app has not been updated in over a year.
Comforting and Informative
Love the simplicity of this app. The information is clear and not overwhelming like the wide open internet. So far, anything I’ve had questions about the Circle app has been able to answer or steer me in the right direction. Love it so much.
doesn’t save diaper tracker stats sometimes and breast feeding stats
extremely upset because it randomly deletes what i have already tracked and it’s done this multiple times! i am heavily relying on this information so i will have to use a different app
Convenient but loses data
So nice to have all the trackers, but there’s an issue in the app where it sometimes does not sync the tracker entries. This has happened for me in kick count and diaper trackers. It does not happen all the time, but periodically there will be new entries that do not appear on my other device. There is no indication of an issue after saving the new entries, but on subsequent app launch on the device that saved the entry, 1 or more entries will be gone.
Overall so nice to have everything together. But ultimately, if it’s not reliable then it’s worth using something else for the trackers

Logs disappear
App is good but constantly the feedings you enter in get deleted so it’s not reliable to know when it’s about time to feed baby again.
Deleted entries
As much as I want to love this app, there’s nothing more frustrating that saving a bunch of feeding entries to track breast feeding only for them to disappear completely. I added a new entry and then suddenly all the others were gone and this was the only one for the day! Very annoying and makes the app completely useless if it doesn’t actually track.

Helpful app, but my entries keep disappearing in my breast-feeding and diaper tracker.
A well thought out app housing health info in need
I love the circle app. It’s easy to use. Only displays useful information that pertains to me and it’s a 1 stop shop to answer questions about appointments and locations. It helps make understanding health care stuff easier and more clear.
Data Deletes
Love this app, but the feedings get deleted often or don’t get saved. I have double checked and pressed save and all the info will be there, but then when I open the app later, the data will be lost.
Data Doesn’t Store
The features of the app to track diaper changes and feedings are great. However, multiple of the feedings and diaper changes disappear from the log randomly. Most of the time it’s permanently gone, and rarely it shows back up. This bug makes reporting to the pediatrician difficult.
Deleted Tracking
This app was great! It has a lot of very useful information. But I primarily used it for tracking feedings and diaper changes, but one morning I woke up to half my tracking for my newborn deleted… I thought to myself that maybe it was a one time thing, but then I went to log a breastfeeding session and noticed half the feedings of the day are gone along with the diaper tracking. I’m so disappointed, and now need to find another way or app to track.

so much potential, but needs work
this app should really be worth 5+ stars due to all of the resources it has, diaper/breastfeeding trackers and more. however i’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and it is very inconsistent with saving my diaper and feeding records. i had to switch to another app for tracking because of how unreliable it is. really disappointed because this app really does have it all if it functioned properly.

Keeps logging me out
The app is fine but it’s incredibly annoying to have to log in almost every time despite me having the “keep me logged in” option toggled on.

The breastfeeding tracker loses data nearly daily.
Breast feeding tracker
The breast feeding tracker and diaper tracker are so useful!
There is a vast amount of information and resources made available throughout the app which is very reassuring for this first time mom.
However I have noticed that after I save a feeding and close the app it looses the most current feeding. Hopefully this glitch will get fixed with the next update because I really do love being able to track my newborns input and output.

App doesn’t work
Most of the time app doesn’t open and gets stuck on the main Circle with Providence page. I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work more than couple of times.
Erases my data
I loved this app before the update. Now it erases my feeding and diaper change data. I lost days worth of info and is not saving the info anymore :(
Feeding tracker entries
The entries I save in the feeding tracker keep disappearing. Sometimes an entire day’s worth of entries get deleted. So inconvenient!
