Circle Clash: Nim Puzzle

Circle Clash is an easy-to-learn strategy puzzle played on a notebook page. Each turn, swipe across 1 to 3 neighboring circles. The selected circles must form a straight horizontal or diagonal line. Plan every move carefully, because whoever removes the final circle loses!
