Please read the App Description completely. The output is a standard transparent PNG file. You can check it in some online photo editor web sites. or by other methods written in description of the app in App Store. More details: What you mentioned is a visual behavior of photos app in the current version of iOS. or maybe you are using a photo editing app with no support of transparency. You must choose the "Transparent PNG" option while saving the photo. You can visually check the output photo — (try to slowly close the photo with two fingers). Also, you can check the transparency of output photo by googling for “ONLINE PHOTO EDITOR” — [Please contact our App Support email for more information.
