Disappointing experience

I ordered several items, including a pizza sauce, but the pizza sauce was missing from my delivery. When I called customer service, I was told it would be delivered within 5 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, the delivery was delayed much longer than promised, and we were left waiting for a long time. The missing item was eventually delivered after 12:00 AM. It was very disappointing to wait so long for a single item that should have been included in the original order. I hope the service improves and delivery updates become more accurate in the future.
