Waste of your time don’t bother, the club coupon benefits don’t work when you get to the cash and they charge you full price
Coupons don’t work
Forced to use this to redeem coupons that used to work in store by typing in your number. This app does not function properly and is preventing coupon usage effectively making those coupons false advertising as they can’t be utilized.
Just why
I always played rock paper prize since I was a kid fun way to get deal and free stuff but this year you need the app with is not letting me sign up one day it wouldn’t give me the code the second day it couldn’t connect to my bank account and I tried again today and it’s saying it has no Internet, which it had two minutes ago this app is broken. I wish I could just use the website at this point, but you made it so I have to use this app.

Nothing works
Only got this because my local store told me its how theyre doing rewards points when I buy a Froster but it doesnt even seem to be trackable in the app
Unable to verify
I needed to verify my phone number but the verification codes didn’t arrive until an hour to four hours later… Which by then, they were no longer valid!
I tried several times throughout the day before admitting defeat and deleting the app all together!

stores getting rid of physical rewards card to force you to use this app if you want the rewards but the app doesn't work and won't let you verify your phone number to collect said rewards is crazy work.
The Worst.
This franchise and its app are the worst. The promotions on their app are unclear and they are trying to trick you, not even in a clever way. The stores have terrible staff. They are rude and clueless in terms of retail etiquette. The customer service was also not helpful whatsoever. I deleted my account with them after this interaction and recommend that you avoid this overpriced yet underwhelming chain.

i’ve tried many times and multiple troubleshoots but the sms verification will not send to mine or others that i’ve tried phone number. So i’m unable to join the circle K games and it’s unbelievably frustrating

Can’t get a code to sign in, can’t use the app because it keeps going to my profile and the forcing me to try and get a code which, as noted above, I don’t seem to get. Frustrating. Probably will delete
Don’t Waste Your Time
I registered, even verified my age using Interac service. However, I was not able to fully register because the 2FA code was not sending to my Cell Number. Due to this major issue, I was not able to properly register. Ended up deleting my account and deleted the app.

“Please enter your information for verification” I’ve done this 19 times in a row. When I hit confirm it just sends me back to the page

So I’m not sure why you would need to verify my age at Circle K ? Do you guys advertise cigarettes and sell liquor now? Either way you don’t have my bank on the list so I can’t verify my account. And I see you have a deal section on the app but half the Circle K I go to don’t even have hot food might be lucky if I get a 2 day old corn dog or half eat hotdog.. But I do enjoy the buy 5 bevs and get the 6th free as we drink a lot of squishes in the summer .
