About

Circle Note is a voice notebook with a stopwatch attached. Name what you are doing, start the clock, and it counts up. There is no target to beat and no bar draining toward zero — the number is simply how long you actually stayed. When something happens, hold the button and say it out loud. "Auth is finished." "Blocked on the OAuth redirect." "Idea: skip step three." It lands as a timestamped moment on your session line and you go straight back to what you were doing. You never type, never leave the screen, never drop the thread you were holding. IN A MEETING Start it as a meeting, name it, and speak the parts that matter: the decision, the owner, the date, the thing you just agreed to do. A meeting starts the moment you tap Begin and runs open-ended, because you are not the one deciding when it ends. You get the notes without the lid-down feeling of typing while somebody is talking to you. AT WORK, AT YOUR DESK Studying, writing, debugging, reading a long document. The clock is honest about how long you stayed, and the moments are honest about what actually happened in that time. THREE STATES Every spoken moment is filed as done, blocked, or idea. Circle Note sorts them for you, and one tap fixes it when the guess is wrong. THE RECORD Stop the clock and you get the receipt: how long you stayed, what moved, where you stalled, and the whole timeline in order. Your history is grouped by day with each day's total next to it, so a day, a week or a whole project can be read back later. On a device that runs Apple Intelligence, Circle Note can also write the session up in plain sentences — on the device itself, in English. ON YOUR MAC TOO Sessions sync over iCloud, so the meeting you caught on your phone is waiting on your Mac, where Circle Note lives in the menu bar. One purchase covers both. ALSO IN THE APP · Home screen widget, Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island · Start a session with Siri, or from the widget · Five themes, each in light and dark · An optional reminder if you have not said anything in a while PRIVACY Speech is transcribed entirely on your device. Nothing you say is sent to a server, and there is no account to create. Saving the audio itself is optional and off by default; when you turn it on, the recordings stay on the device that made them and are never synced or uploaded. ONE PAYMENT Seven days free, then a single purchase. No subscription. Nothing renews.
