Useful, if was to work effectively!
Unfortunately downloaded the app but didn’t even appear to load and hope that it could possibly be improved or even no longer available as an app to download.
Unfinished, unintuitive and undocumented.
Sounds great in theory, but a number of things show this app isn’t ready for prime time.
Since there is no getting-started tutorial or user guide, I’ve had to google various features (for example shareable codes - I still don’t know what this does or how to use the code associated with each imported contact) to even understand what they are, and along the way I’ve found numerous half-competed articles on the zoo-who web site that seem like red flags to me. Something about a Utah restaurant and a couple shareable circles named in the article? “Insert link here” text in FAQ articles?
Most of the features in the system are placeholders that beg you to update to the $49.99 monthly subscription version.
The iOS app isn’t even compatible with iPad.
There are blog entries and videos that talk about how great the paid version is, but no free trial to see for yourself.
Sadly, I will have to keep looking for the right personal relationship manager for me.

Great for business and relationships!
This tool is excellent, especially with the function to be able to import contacts and share codes with others to easily share your “pool” or “circle” of contacts with another person!
Great app, very responsive customer service
Best app for maintaining social network. I don’t need it for business or dating just staying connected with the people that I have chosen to make a priority in my life. When I emailed about an issue the CEO emailed back in minutes and explained what I needed to do (user error-not the app). It keeps getting better and better.

Must be still in development
Tried signing up with Apple ID wouldn’t work, then tried with email, also didn’t work...
Bad UI + Email Spam
This app is hard to use and since days I am getting daily spam without the option tinpot out.
Almost perfect
Simple, nice. Every time I open a “circle” the app crashes. Hmm.
Can’t sign up
Tried signing in with AppleId and got a 500 server error. Not usable.
Has transformed keeping in touch
I started using this app to help with pastoral contacts. It makes the whole process so easy. I found the features logical and easy to use. Plus I like that if I forget to contact people via the app, I can still update it manually. The support team are also incredibly responsive.
500 Server Error
I get a server error when signing up through Apple. That’s probably a good thing. Signing up means the developer wants my data.

Good, but a few things missing
Just what I needed, but a few tweaks would be welcome:
- Edits to contacts should stay synchronised with phone’s contact list
- Importing a contact should also import the “notes” field
- You should be able to add a contact to a circle while creating that contact (at the moment you have to do it in two stages)
- Events created on the app should also show up in the phone’s calendar
- Ability to add photos to a circle
- When clicking on a circle, you should be able to see which contacts need renewing

This is exactly what I had been looking for! One suggestion for the bucket: let us rearrange the circles page.

The App i’ve been looking for!
This app allowed me to connect with more people than ever before. As a business owner (Automotive detailing) It’s important to remember little details that make the interaction with each client feel more personal. This app allows me to remember and keep track of those! Zoowho really took my personal and business building skills to a new level. Very useful - Room for improvement
Great idea ! Very useful for nourishment of existing relationships in a busy world or even professional business development.
I believe it doubled my contacts. Not sure why. A bit slow and the ux could be simplified. Trying to hard.

Can you reset data?
Is there any way to reset your account and clear the data? I had a ton of duplicates and now that it’s cleaned up I’d like to resync the contacts
A great app for making you a better friend
So far what I love most is getting a heads up almost a week in advance of someone’s birthday, instead of getting a notification the day of.

Zoo who allows me to keep track of important people in my life. A way of networking that allows me to stay connected with people in a much more meaningful way. Organizes and schedules suggested times to connect with those in my network. As I continually meet more people the app allows me to better keep in touch with past connections, by helping me remember important details about each individual. As my network grows my memory becomes less specific, zoo who allows me, not to forget specific details about individuals, which can make or break a connection. Zoo who gives me peace of mind and helps keep me on top of my connections.
