I like the product and I think it has a lot of potential. I think it just got a lot of different bugs to it that need to be fixed out. I think things like when you add for a contact and exterior information. They once they hit send button on it. it should be able to disappear and I think it should also automatically add them into your contact list when they do that and vice versa cause. Sometimes they forget to add it.

Stay away for enterprise accounts
We bought 10 cards for our company. From day one we have had issues. My QR code was linked to someone’s account months after I set my account up. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get 2 new cards ordered for my team. During our largest show of the year, Circo’s web security expired and when we scanned our cards prospects were brought to a not secure step. It is taking their support team days or weeks to respond. It’s absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. This has been a horrible buyers remorse experience for my company.

Avoid And Go With Dot Card
I had an issue with one of my cards, I spoke to Kevin and Nick and almost 2 months have gone by after they said they would send me a replacement and still nothing... I've called Kevin and Nick and they said it was sent out but I haven't received anything, no shipping info etc.... now Nick and Kevin will not respond to my calls or texts... and AGAIN nothing received on my end..... not a good business model with the lacking customer support. I in fact even contacted Dot.cards and they even agree that it shouldn't take that long and they are going to send me a free card to make the switch. I'm very upset because I like the set up of Circo, I like the ease of use.... But the lack of caring about your client is concerning. I hope this reaches customers and makes them rethink who to go with..... Spoke to Nick about a week ago and he said Kevin (The Owner) said he’ll deal with it how he sees fit which I guess is ignoring the issue…..

I have 2 metal and 1 plastic card that I use and they are great quality, people live the look of the metal cards, one is gold the other is brushed black matte with my name and logo on it and the plastic is plain. I highly recommend!!

It’s good overall. But when you save the contact, the website is missing. It’s a pretty big problem for business owners.
