Don’t put money on the app
They refuse to give your account funds back if they were deposited more than 12 months ago. The app does not work in new locations so I am unable to use the accounts money or withdraw it. Terrible company with poor customer service, people on the live chat just hang up on you.

This app is entirely a scam. I was only going to use it once, but I got a pop-up saying that the minimum you can add to an account is 5 pounds. I thought that would be the end of the thieving, but found out after trying and failing to use this incomprehensible app that I actually needed Circuit Go. The problem? You must note when downloading “that there is a £3 admin charge for refunds and they cannot refund credit under £5.00.” I’ve deciding against fighting through all the sludge and have just lost my money.

Praying on students and not letting you withdraw money. Overpriced. Terrible customer support. Terrible.

Exploitation
Students often only need to add 50p or a pound to top up their account but are forced to add a minimum of £5. Shameful.
Scammer company
Use your local laundromat instead. Don’t be scammed like you do with these guys

This is potentially the dumbest way to pay for laundry- charged incorrectly, took ages to even get working. Feels incredibly scammy.
They stole my money and then blocked me when I tried to fix the problem
I paid 5 pounds, I got charged for it and then it didn’t show up in my app. I went to live chat and they blocked me. They even blocked me on their website so I can’t even find their contact info.

Extorting students
Overpriced useless machines that barely work half the time, the other half being the machines breaking down and still taking your money.
Useless service
First of all extortionate amount of money you have to pay for the size of the load. Second of all the app breaks down nearly every week, god forbid student have a reliable laundry provider. Third of all my account has been “locked” for over 2 months now, and when i consulted about it they said it would be getting fixed, well 2 months later i still can’t use the washing in my accommodation this is truely ridiculous, student have enough on their plate with course work, exams and working outside of all this to even afford to live while in education, we truly do not need another unreliable app that never works in our life. I’m having to go out with my accommodation to do my laundry which just isn’t acceptable when this facility was specifically specified for use. Do better.

THE WORST
If I could give this company less stars I would. I have lived in a property that uses this company for 2 years and there has always been issues not only with the machines but the app. Money disappears from the account frequently, the machines will take the money and then not start so then you have to pay again, sometimes three times and then when you try to get a refund on the money you’ve lost, it’s incredibly long and difficult. Sometimes they’ll just sort it there and then but most of the time you have to wait days before it comes back to the account and not without having to chase too! The customer service team often just repeat the same script and don’t try to problem solve so you just go round and round in circles. If you are a housing association, company, student landlord anything please never ever use this company!

can’t find my card and thought i’d at least be able to get onto the app to try and figure a way to sort it out, but instead it’s telling me that all my information is invalid whilst it’s still working on the website. this app is useless, the website is useless, the machines are useless. actual scam

Absolutely awful
This app every single Sunday on the dot since September of 2024 has stolen money from my account. Stating that I need to “add more funds” when I put in over the amount needed in order to complete my washing, the following Sunday it will say I have zero funds when I always leave 10 pounds in the app for the next Sunday. I know this due to the fact that I do 2 loads with the same setting. Not only is the customer service provided by the app awful, constantly giving you the run around through extremely long wait times with a machine that does not properly give you the correct information in order to proceed with the calls. The unprofessional customer service that I am provided when you finally do come in contact with them is just stating that it’s “not their department” or to “call back later”. The app also takes ages to load, creating an inconvenience to anyone that tries to add funds or just start their washer/dryer. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

worst app I’ve acc ever used
App is extremely buggy, the minimum pay limit shouldn’t exist and the cost to use the actual machines are extortionate

Not sure how this could be a good idea. Why should we need an app to pay for our laundry? And why make the app so bad?
