This app is so helpful. When I am in a crisis, I just need to tap a button to let my support person know. I can reach out to them without having to explain what I am going through. It’s simple and safe. Thanks for creating this.
Quick way to reach out
This tool is fantastic. I love how I can setup a crisis contact and then with a single click, when I need it most, my support contact is messaged or emailed. This is the way it should be. I also love how I can track my mood on a day to day basis so I can better correlate cause. Also the built in safety plan is a great reminder of what I can do to help me overcome a crisis. Love it.
