What's New in Cirro by AirSuite Inc.

26.33.0

August 12, 2026

#### Billing (Expenses) - New Zealand Dollar (NZD) is now available as a currency option when submitting expenses, setting aircraft rates, and creating quotes. #### Billing (Flight Reports) - Hobbs meter end fields can no longer be cleared and submitted with a blank value, preventing aircraft meter totals from being incorrectly reset to zero. #### Flight Duty Times (FDT) - Canadian IFR currency requirements have been updated per CAR 401.05: the 6-hour instrument flight time requirement has been removed, and instrument validity now expires on the first day of the seventh month following the instrument proficiency check unless 6 instrument approaches are completed, up to 3 years after the IPC. - The Swiss FDT violation for consecutive flights under 10 minutes no longer appears when legs are exactly 10 minutes long. - Medevac operators under CAR 700.120 no longer receive a violation for three consecutive FDPs over 12 hours when the conditions do not apply. - CAO 48.1 365-day flight time limits are now tracked correctly, with violations raised when the limit is exceeded, and proper reset after 28 consecutive days free from duty. #### Flight Itineraries - Itinerary status updates consistently after a closure is performed via SMS or phone call and refreshes promptly after a Flight Risk Assessment is approved. - Fuel plan details can now be viewed by clicking on route plan points in itinerary reports. #### Safety Management (SMS) - Admins can optionally require proof of completion (photo or document) when creating Corrective Action Plans. This is not required by default. - Consequences and findings can now be copied from the Risk Register into SMS reports. - Corrective Action Plans assigned through task management can be verified and completed directly from the Tasks module without errors. - The SMS menu icon displays a badge with the total number of items needing attention, including reports in review and corrective actions that are near expiry or overdue. - Inside the SMS module, counts are shown for submitted reports and corrective actions grouped by status (In Progress, Under Review, Near Expiry, Overdue). - Filter count badges on report and archive lists now clear properly when all filters have been removed. #### Vehicle Maintenance - Aircraft integrated with CAMP that have no active tasks with cyclic requirements now load correctly instead of displaying a blank page.

HeliOps

Great for Helicopter operations

Zero stars if I could

The biggest bloated data heavy clumsy app I’ve ever used. Haven’t met a pilot who likes it. Every day is a fight with conflicting time zones, lost data etc. if using multiple devices it’s even worse. We work everywhere in canada with slow, high latency cell service and wifi. Good luck using a VPN. No ability to upload files or flight reports without internet. The app constantly says it’s offline when it’s not. Frustrating at best.

They tried

Laggy, glitchy, offline sync issues, doesn’t save things.

Might work for weekend warriors or scheduled service but not for helicopter ops

Works fantastic during a demonstration or at a trade on a pc or with fantastic cell service but 100% not meant for remote ops.
