Incomplete App
This app has potential but for a student trying to learn and train on this app it falls short. Too many modules crash while using this app. Hard close the app to only come back to the forever spinning prop and lost place of your lesson. For the amount this program costs ($1200) this is unacceptable.

Good but buggy
The course is great but more than once lost all courses and progress. Eventually I have recovered after each incident but currently down.

Incomplete
I have not found a module available in this training suite for learning the perspective+ with screens for tuning the comms and selecting various screens for programming all areas of a flight. All of the training I have found is showing the push button panel not the touchscreen for setting up a flight. I would have thought this app would have added that information for the newer Cirrus model aircraft. I would really like to see that addition.

Buggy. Spinning propeller of death.
Excruciating trying to work through Cirrus Approach course on brand new iPad Pro. The app crashes or gives me the “spinning propeller of death” every couple uses. Feedback I got from the support team 5 days after contact: “Try signing in again.” Ugh.

Authentication into the app was cumbersome and involved token expiration! Never downloaded the app before. Once signed in and clicked on My Courses got a black page with a spinning white propellor. No progress!This feels like a poorly architected app and a skin on a different system rather than a native and QAd iOS app. Needs work. So now back to the browser!

Does not work on iPad Mini
Courses will not load on iPad Mini with latest upgrades.

This is terrible
This is the buggiest and least user friendly instructional tool that I have ever used, and it actually gets worse with every iteration. Great idea, poorly executed.
Give us back the phone and computer app
This app is barely tolerable to begin with and it’s even less so since I can’t access it from my web browser anymore. I hate it here.
New Student Experience is Great
I love the new student experience. It’s really nice to be able to access all the top-notch Cirrus Approach materials straight from an app!
No sound

Inconsistent performance
Cannot login using valid credentials and support team has been unable to assist.
Was great now not so much
Great content and was very handy to download offline content and review on long commercial flights or other place without connectivity. Now that’s gone app is only for instructors and all other users (statistically the majority) are forced to the website for an on,y on,one experience

iPad mini problems
The app will not let me log in even though I have ensured that I am using the correct information.
Crashes immediately
Attempts to load and then crashes in seconds on iPad Pro 11”. Haven’t had a problem with this material on previous iPad mini or first gen iPad Pro.
Engaging and Effective!
The Cirrus Approach course was as much informative as it was engaging. The high quality video footage, coupled with an intuitive format that built on knowledge from previous videos, allowed me to not only learn the information, but retain it for demonstration during the in-flight portions of my Cirrus Transition Course. As an aside, the Flight Fix video series has been equally enjoyable and useful. I hope the Learning team at Cirrus continues to develop video courses and other innovative training aids (e.g., the iFOM, which I also purchased) on the various aspects of flying a Cirrus aircraft. Thanks for a wonderful product and I look forward to my next course! (FYI, I completed the SR22 Perspective Advanced Transition, but I’m sure all of their products are equally great!)

Crashes on iPad mini
I use the app on my normal iPad pro and it works fine. However I switched to the new iPad mini and the app crashes immediately upon launch
