Buggy app
Every day there is a new issue with this app. I will upload a video showing the fact that it crashes all the time. I have deleted, reinstalled, etc and it is buggy and doesn’t reliably work. I will upload a video I just did into YouTube and update this review hoping for a solution.

The capabilities of Cirrus insight are wonderful, and the integration in Gmail is pretty good, but this app is quite a bummer. I’m writing this review on the device I use CI on - an 11” ipad pro (2018) For one, you can’t sort the email tracking, so to find out if someone opened the emails you need to scroll to the bottom EVERY TIME. What? Also, you can’t modify the fonts in any part of the email. Any pro organization has brand standards and you need to be able to adjust to those. Finally, consider that people spend hours in these apps and that they should be a pleasant - not antiquated - design experience. For anyone who uses Cirrus to work in a creative field, the design and cumbersome nature of the app makes it a broken deal.

Buggy and Unusable
This app is not optimized for iPhone X, is extremely buggy, and is nowhere near up to the usual standard for Cirrus. There are too many bugs to list here, but how about the fact that editing text results in a lack of spaces between words at the end of a line. In our increasingly mobile-focused world, it is near embarrassing that this is what Cirrus offers to paying customers. In a word, without a major update the app is unusable.

Please update for iPhone 10!
The app works well, but renders poorly on the new iPhone. Salesforce Inbox has one up on you in this department and their mobile app performs far superior in usability and user interface. Please stay with the times and update this app!
No way to use it without Salesforce
Even though you can use the web products without it... please make a mobile app for the non Salesforce edition!
Can’t open, keeps crashing

Great when it works
This app can be a huge time saver for serious SF users but the company needs to improve upon fixing the bugs. The iPhone app was the more stable of the two apps I use - the other is the Outlook Add on - but as of this morning, I cant get the app to load as it continually crashes. The Outlook add on is finicky too but when working, is extremely helpful.

By far, the best mobile Salesforce CRM integration
Mobile is all day everyday and tools like Cirrus understand that productivity must integrate email, Salesforce, scheduling and email templates to enable two click responses. It was a must have. Recently my company moved to a new app with no mobile support and it's a sad day.

Good App, terrible customer service.
Generally, this app has value and works fairly well. However, often when there's an update there are problems and the company does not proactively address them. Technical support does not respond to emails at all. It is very, very frustrating.

The Cirrus Insight app is amazing! It accomplishes everything that we need. It has helped our business/organization streamline so many manual operations. I highly recommend Cirrus Insight for anyone using Gmail/Salesforce... it's the perfect integration! 5/5!
Needs its own calendar
There's no easy way to see the calendar to schedule a new client and attach that to a lead in Salesforce.
Better app, but hasn't quite replaced Gmail
Overall, the new UI is impressive, but I have found it yet to be a substitute for using the Gmail app. I find it still takes a bit to search for notifications and the like.
So Convenient
I love being able to use this app! It is so convenient and it allows for me to be mobile and do my work. I work from home a lot and I also work on the go. It is released me from the constraints of my office, and made my office The local park!
