About
Site Walker is a mobile field documentation app for security system engineers, integrators, and sales teams. Whether you're
surveying a single building or managing a portfolio of commercial sites, Site Walker turns an on-site visit into a
structured, exportable project record — without requiring a connection.
Create Structured Site Walks
Start a new site walk by entering a customer name, building, and floor — or, if your organization syncs location data,
select directly from your account. Add profile cards for every device location: video cameras, access control readers and
controllers, environmental sensors, alarms, cable drops, and room annotations. Each profile captures system type, subtype,
installation-specific fields (PoE injector requirements, cabling, switch port and MDF assignments, door types, cable run
details), and free-form notes.
Photos and Voice Notes
Attach photos from the camera or photo library to any profile. Record voice notes hands-free — Site Walker transcribes
speech to text in real time so your notes are searchable and readable the moment you finish speaking.
Floor Plan Markup
Upload a floor plan image and place color-coded markers for each profiled device. Tap any marker to jump directly to its
profile card. Numbered markers link the floor plan to device details automatically — no manual cross-referencing.
Integrated Product Catalog
Browse and assign security products to each profile card from a synced catalog. Filter by system type, search by product
code or description, and attach list pricing to build an accurate bill of materials from day one.
Offline First, Cloud Ready
All site walk data, photos, voice recordings, and floor plans are stored on-device. No account is required to create and
manage site walks — sign up to unlock cloud export, which packages the entire site walk into a .sitewalk file and uploads it
to your organization's secure storage. The export includes a full manifest so project managers can track every submitted
survey.
